xTenBIA’s LSGD Integrated Development Program is a flagship initiative designed to support Local Self Government Institutions in transforming public assets into functional, dignified, and citizen-centric spaces.

The program recognizes LSGDs as the frontline of governance, responsible for delivering everyday public services. Our role is to strengthen this delivery through planning support, design excellence, execution capability, and long-term maintenance frameworks.

Scope of LSGD Interventions

• Beautification and functional upgradation of LSGD offices, including Panchayat, Municipality, and Corporation offices redesigned for accessibility, efficiency, and public dignity.
• Government schools and educational institutions, covering campus planning, classroom upgradation, sanitation, play areas, landscaping, and safety enhancements.
• Primary health centres and wellness facilities with patient-friendly layouts, diagnostics integration, hygiene upgrades, and wellness environments.
• Ayurveda, Homoeo, and traditional care institutions, sensitively refurbished to respect traditional practices while improving functionality and hygiene.
• Public parks, streetscapes, and civic spaces designed to encourage community interaction, safety, and environmental resilience.
• Highway and corridor beautification (LSGD interface zones), including landscaping, wayfinding, rest areas, and visual identity elements.

Maintenance, Capacity Building & Stewardship

Beyond execution, the program includes structured mechanisms to ensure long-term performance and value retention of public assets.
